FIRST
· Risotto of mushrooms with parmesan. *
· Artichokes with sautéed mushrooms. *
· Grilled goat cheese salad, wild asparagus, candied cherrys, walnuts, truffle vinaigrette and Pedro Ximénez reduction. *
· Pochas (Navarra’s white beans). *
· Sticky seafood rice.*
· Mixed Salad: tuna, onion, tomato, asparagus, hard-boiled egg, and olives. *

· Grilled Spiced Chicken Breasts with rice. *
· Grilled tuna with La Tasca vinaigrette (vegetables, capers, chillies, pickle and teriyaki sauce) and baked potatoes. **
